About me
Hi, it’s Andy Bolton here.
I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself, and the question you are probably asking: “Who is Andy Bolton?”
I’m actually a pretty normal guy, who has spent his whole life working out “how to get seriously STRONG”.
I won’t bore you with all the details, other than I started strength training at 18 years old and have been doing so for over 20 years. In fact, I’ve been competing in Powerlifting for over 20 years.
When I first started out training their was a minefield of information out there and it confused the hell out of me. I didn’t know how to write decent training programs, my technique on the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift was awful and I had plenty of aches and pains. (And a couple of bad injuries too).
I realised that if I wanted to compete against the strongest guys in the world (and beat them), then I needed to discover how to solve the problems I was experiencing.
Over the course of my career I have always spent a lot of time learning.
I’ve read hundreds of books and articles on strength training. I’ve been to dozens of seminars and worked with some of the world’s best strength coaches. I’ve also tried a ton of different approaches out for my own training and my clients training. The bottom line is, I have finally figured out what works.
I don’t have all the answers and I’m only human (so I’m always learning and improving my methods)… But, ifyou want to develop STRENGTH and EXPLOSIVE POWER then I can help you achieve your goals faster than ever before.
I understand how hard it can be to write training programs, develop awesome technique and stay injury free. Well those are the things I focus on and those are the main things I can help you with.
